Что сделано?

Решены небольшие проблемки, возникшие во время миграции модуля с сетевым слоем на новую версию.

• Убрана привязка AccessSafeNode.Output к Json
• Добавлен публичный init для URLCacheWriterNode
• Удалены файлы устаревших тестов
• Поправлен надоедливый warning от Xcode в etag
• Скомбинированы моки chain Builder-а
