Add targets for Akai samplers

Alex Rusell ([email protected]) requested support for retro Akai 
samplers (S2000, S1000, etc.).  He sent along links to documentation on various 
Akai sampler formats:

I'm not motivated to implement these formats for the time being, but someone 
out there might be motivated.  If you're interested in adding support for Akai 
sample formats to synthclone, let me know and I'll work with you to get it done.

This would be awesome, similar for other samplers. I have some akai and emu samplers that could use some fresh sounds :)
