This issue has been fixed on a fork by clauzewitz.

Use the version found here: https://github.com/clauzewitz/scriptable-instagram-widgets

I believe this is the commit that fixed the issue: https://github.com/clauzewitz/scriptable-instagram-widgets/commit/39215e0fc68fca3bd7a77544240406f2842c9bcb
