Downloading via TestFlight

When i try to download Hatsune’s notes with testflight, it says that the Beta isn’t accepting new testers, is there a way to fix this?

My Apple developer account is not paid this year, then this app is removed by TestFlight. You can try AltStore or build it by yourself to use it.
