2.0.1: UI - Service Catalog needs an onboarding process.

Summary:

During user testing, the users did not know what the Service Catalog was or what the apps were. We need some sort of blurb, hint, or pop-up that explains what they can do in the Service Catalog.

Exact user comments:

• User went to catalog, said "I don't know what these mean"
  • User not familiar with Helm
  • "It seems like these are things I can add to it"
  • "I don't know what Helm is"
  • (Clarke: maybe we should mention these are Helm charts in the UI)

  • "I assume you'd do that the traditional way, there's no special way to do it from here."
