Proposal: 'Getting Started' link while cluster is provisioning.

When a user is spinning up a cluster, there should be a link that the user can click that will bring them to a web page or video that shows the user everything they can do from the clusters details page once the cluster has completed provisioning.

I recommend this due to previous user testing and users finding that they did not know what to do after their cluster has spun up.

This could be a simple webpage that highlights each section of the details page with information on each field, adding an app, ssh, kubectl, etc.

This link could instead lead the user to our Youtube channel so a user could watch a 'Getting started' video. This video could show the user what can be done, and also be a chance to introduce the user to Supergiant and its history. It could also be an opportunity to have the user view our other videos.
