I found an issue with this document.

Describe the issue
Under the heading "What we don't support" is an list:
On container specs, we don’t support the following fields
- readinessProbe

An additional limitation noted in the quickstart is that multi-pod containers aren't supported, but this community post makes it sound like they are: https://community.fly.io/t/everybody-gets-containers-sidecars-and-init-containers-in-fks/23020
