Issue with the "Persisting the Storage Folder" doc

I found an issue with this document.

Describe the issue

The directions to copy the current storage to storage_ wont work, because by the time the 1_storage_init.sh script runs, the old machine doesn't exist and the storage_ folder doesn't exist..
