Double join to channels because of two Welcome messages

There are 2 Welcome messages during connect to irc.root-me.org: 13.04.2016 - 04:37:15 [ LOG ] :irc.hackerzvoice.net NOTICE Auth :Welcome to HackerzVoice! 13.04.2016 - 04:37:15 [ LOG ] :irc.hackerzvoice.net 001 qqqwer :Welcome to the HackerzVoice

and bot joins to all channels AGAIN: if (stripos( $data, 'Welcome' ) !== false) { $this->join_channel( $this->channel ); } at \super3-IRC-Bot-0766078\Classes\Library\IRC\Bot.php
