Transition from `information_schema` to `pg_catalog` everywhere

The information_schema is extremely slow compared to pg_catalog since it is mostly views

Since all subscriptions are deleted and re-created on a fairly short timer interval, (1-5 minutes), the subscription checking trigger's performance is more important than originally expected
