fix: dump all schema with backup flag

Bug fix #184

What is the current behavior?

Internal schemas are not backed up

What is the new behavior?

Dump all schemas for now. Things could break between CLI version upgrades if image tags change.

Will revisit after centralising internal schema migrations.
