We have an internal section where a select set of editors have access to make spelling corrections, matching corrections, and verify text. At the moment we don't have anyone working on verification unfortunately - once we find someone it shouldn't take more than a few dozen hours or so of work to complete Bulugh al-Maram.

DB API is being actively worked on - we're going to put up an API spec on here in the next few days in sha Allah. If you can contribute we would appreciate your time :)
