Hi @BPDanek @btheodorou99 , have we finished this PR yet? People are asking about the HALO implementation in issue #279

Thanks for following up. @ycq091044 I discussed with Brandon, the PR has all the stuff needed to make HALO available, but needs to be cleaned up and updated against main. I will wrap it up and submit a formal PR to merge into master.
