Unable to upload images files as attachments when using summernoteinplacewidget

I am unable to upload files as attachments using the summernoteinplacewidget. I have followed the instructions, and I have a row in my database, and the upload modal is displayed, and I can select an image, but nothing happens after that.

Same behavior. It happens in Chrome. I tried Safari and works well.

Try restart your browser and it works: chrome://restart
