Soft hyphens are always shown in bookmarks

Affected Versions: 3.4.3 as well as 3.3.3 (I haven't tested others)

SumatraPDF seems to always render soft hyphens in bookmarks:

(the Bookmark is Test<shy>ing 123 where <shy> is the soft hyphen U+00AD)

Other PDF viewers like Evince and Firefox's PDF viewer do not show the hyphen. For more context, see Kozea/Weasyprint#1654.

Bookmarks as URL Navigation should work with many PDF based browsers like IE/Edge/Chrome but may not with PDF.js based ones
