So this program hasn't worked in over a year. A lot of big talk in the update log on how you improved things, but the reality is...this never worked correctly. A lot of the improvement that you claim actually broke the program. So are you ever going to fix it or is this something beyond your capacity to handle? After all of your boasting...I feel that you should deliver.
