SystemRestore Error [Fatal] BIS write failed

after following a few different steps i get Fatal BIS write failed when writing BIS

Any help appreciated

This sounds like emmc failure (or if using a modchip, a badly installed modchip)

i have a mariko v2 switch that isn't booting in the original firmware anymore but emuNAND is working fine.

so i tried the unbricking guide and got exactly the same error.

what do you mean with a badly installed modchip? Hekate is working without any issue, can it really be the installed hwfly? i checked the hardware also, everything is connected fine. It only could be the chip itself or the connection to the emmc.

You were right, my RP2040-NS from aliexpress had a fault.

Changed it and everything works now.
