PCI passthrough

Ability to passthrough specified pci host device to vm.

Add hostdev with vfio driver to devices xml section of vm. Host configuration process should be documented in readme. New configuration option to limit device list. New pretty page with available host devices. Display attached devices somewhere on the vm details page (parse hostdev element).
