Code Completion fails

I realize that this bundle is old and hasn't seen an update in a while, but the Code Completion command is failing for me with an error:

...Bundles/Bundle Support.tmbundle/Support/shared/lib/ui.rb:130:in `reopen’: <STDOUT> can’t change access mode from “w” to “r”

I've attached a screenshot of the entire error. The Code Completion command calls the reopen command in the Bundle Support bundle. So I don't know if this is an issue with your bundle or the TextMate Bundle Support bundle.

Been fighting with this for too much of the day today. Any ideas?
