Both for external search engines AND internal search bar.

YAML style: https://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/writing-your-docs/#yaml-style-meta-data

Google does not use keywords for ranking pages: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag#:~:text=in%20your%20browser.-,Does%20Google%20ever%20use%20the%20keywords%20meta%20tag%20in%20its,from%20our%20main%20web%20search.

This may only be useful for the internal search or our own reference, but I would still advise that any keywords should be included in the main body of content if we want to improve SEO.

The original intention was to make our own search bring pages that were relevant to the top on search for specific keywords. Is this the case still? Such that if I search for this keyword (or something very close to it, like it's plural) the pages with the keywords mentioned in YAML appear first before others that may be relevant but do not include the YAML keyword.
