Ability to edit author, editor and other notes

Notes are a common practice in scholarly works. We should support the editing of author, editor and other types of notes.

Texture should support translated notes also.

In JATS the element notes is allowed only once in front.

The suggestion to have more then one note according to a feedback from the jats lists is:
