Buffer local changes

• Append local changes to .dot/local.changes
• Listen to the different editor sessions and append changes in the format of the main.log
• We need to extend #2 to consider the local changes when opening the working copy

Note: saving local changes means updating the working copy. So '.dot/local.changes' serves as a persisted buffer
