Describe the bug

If I am downloading something and the power suddenly cuts off, I lose the downloaded file and cannot resume it. The file then proceeds to be saved as a temp file and takes up space.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior I expected to see a resume option for my file.

I also encounter the same problem, but because of unstable connection or low storage. Especially when I download large file.

The main issue is downloads list just disappear so I can't resume my download albeit downloaded file parts is stored at temp folder.

How can I reappear my download list to resume my download again?
