oz-daemon dies when trying to clean up from unsuccessful openvpn

To reproduce:

• Put some trash in an openvpn config file for a chromium-vpn oz profile
• Launch the profile
• Close the browser window that launches
• oz-daemon will die

This is likely because it can't find the pid for openvpn since it dies pretty much immediately
