Add option to auto-outdent closing braces

Currently SubEthaEdit does not help with placing the closing brace on the right level. We do so on inserting the inferred auto-end of a block with ⌥⌘-. (Format❯Close current Tag/Block) - we should also at least give the option to do so on insert of a closing brace on a just whitespace line.
