Hide "Music" in Plex section if Plex Media Server has no music sections

First off, thanks for the merge of this feature - looks great!

Since I have no music sections in my Plex Media Server it would be great not to see the "Music" tab in the Plex section of HTPC-Manager.

More a request than a bug.

I have been thinking about dropping the music section for all users.

Would be possible to remove the section on startup but that would require one additional request to the PMS and that should be avoided if possible.

I disagree i dont use the music or plex much for that matter, but I'm sure there are others that do. Since the feature is already made the best solution imo is a option in settings to hide it with css. It's the best of both options.

I don't use the music section at all, but I believe there're many people using it. It'd great a settings option to hide it
