Currently form only provides +1 formset to add plan costs in the Developer Dashboard. Need to add JavaScript functionality to support addition and removal of formsets as needed.

Allow ability to subscribe to a group of plans at once to allow trial periods, cheaper discount plans that upgrade to full price, etc.

Currently users can subscribe to multiple subscriptions (and the same subscription). Should add ability via settings to specify if this is allowed or not.

Add settings that allow developer to decide whether or not to add the views that allow subscription management.

Look at adding ability to: * Prorate subscription costs * Handle cancellations and partial refunds * Handle refunds
