Fix files section

When using pkg the files section of is-subset causes the packaging process to attempt a crawl over the root directory. This obviously breaks with permissions issues.

This PR replaces the files section with something more targeted.

Coverage remained the same at 62.712% when pulling 54393b21c60b408cffe5da0a558675de19c0855c on bobthemighty:master into 1cc63b1fb8171d5d75c8ffa3da051f66ce02b7f3 on studio-b12:master.
