MigraDoc.RtfRendering Port

This is a great .net core port; one area that I need thats missing is MigraDoc.RtfRendering. Do you have plans to add it in?

And if not; would you take a PR?

Sure, I always take PRs, if they don't screw things up, that is. Though, no plans to add it myselfs, yet.
