Deprecation Announcement / Open to transfer maintainer role

I will no longer maintain this package. Sadly, I just don't have enough free time to dedicate to strong-config.

The number of npm downloads is fairly low so I don't think it's gonna cause any trouble discontinuing updates.

If anyone wants to take over, happy to discuss!

If now, I will archive this repo by end of year (2025)
