Add support for trigger payout.paid

Problem

Build a flow to reconcile settled money in the bank with received payments.

Feature

Can we please add payout.paid for the trigger command? Would be very useful for users building Settlement & Reconciliation flows.

Hey Adi! Do you know if this is an event we can trigger immediately through API requests?

If the account is configured to use manual payouts, we could trigger the event like this:

1. create a charge with pm_card_bypassPending to immediately add some funds to the available balance
2. create a payout for the same amount

However, with manual payouts, payouts are decoupled from payments. My guess is that the majority of people who want to test the payout.paid event are using automatic payouts and want to be able to retrieve the list of payments included in the payout. Unfortunately I don't think we can trigger this via the API at this time.

Would it be out-of-scope for this ticket to request that the other payout triggers (created, failed, etc.) get added as well?

Not at all. We can include more payouts events.

Hello folks,

It will take us a bit longer to add support for these events.

A workaround is to use the CLI to re-send an existing event.
This way you can test your webhooks and integration flows.

Nope, not yet.

However, what you can do is to re-send an event. So if you already have a payout.paid, you could just resend it using the event id: https://stripe.com/docs/cli/events/resend
