stringer Sort by oldest or newest first

Entries are currently shown newest first, however it is often desirable to read entries in chronological sequence.

The ability to choose sort order by oldest or newest first would be desirable in this case.

I don't think the functionality provides enough value to justify a settings page or new UI element.

This would be really handy. A lot of feeds, comics for example, are better read in chronological order. It might actually make sense to make the default sort order chronological.

If you want to read your stories in chronological order (which I sometimes do), you could just go to /news and use the k keyboard shortcut to read the stories in "reverse" order.

That works, but being that I have nearly 2000 unread feeds, it's pretty slow to load. I just changed the sort order in the code for now.

This issue is finally resolved! You can change your preferred sort order on your profile page.
