test(node): Profit smoke test

Based on https://github.com/streamr-dev/network/pull/2745, merge that first.

Smoke test to check the profit handling. Most of the profit handling is implemented in the network-contracts repo, and therefore some of the checks are bit redundant (already tested in that repo). Additionally this test checks the maintainOperatorValue functionality.
