[BUG] Select session modal has session as options that should not be there

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home page
2. Click on clip for a livestream
3. In clip page, create a custom clip with a random name
4. Next time, when create a clip, you will see that you can now select a session from with the random name you just created

Expected behavior Select session dropdown, should only include sessions that have been imported
