New message structure azservicebus.ReceivedMessage doesn't compatible with the old one servicebus.Message, some fields are missed. Need help here. @brainsnail

@misantron Thanks - and I apologize it's taken so long to get back. We're going to hold off on this since it looks like we're uncertain of the impact to use right now and it will involve reworking some of the downstream dependencies in our services as well. We'll push updates to this branch once that's ready. I appreciate you taking the time on this and hope this is alright.
