Suggestion - Add video bumper

Issue description

Add a field in the admin panel which would allow the admin to set a 'video bumper' to play before each video. Examples of this can be seen on Netflix, Amazon, et al.

Expected Behaviour

When someone starts a new episode/movie, a video bumper (eg, 4 second logo animation) is played first.

I think this could be a cool feature to add for anyone with a site that needs branding. Thanks for your consideration!
