QBitNinja tests fail

This error Stratis.Bitcoin.Features.AzureIndexer.IndexerConfigurationErrorsException : Invalid value StratisTest in appsettings (expecting Main, Test or Seg)

Appears some configuration needs to get updated.

@mikedennis We needed to replace NBitcoin package with NStratis package on QBitNinja project and i did it already but the test project rely on QBitNinja and QBitNinja.Client and unfortunately NBitcoin package is not replaced to NStratis because of other priorities and time pressure. Replacing package will fix the issue on test project. I am not sure that how much it is easier to do. Also other projects should to replace NBitcoin package as well but it is not something necessary at the moment.

@YakupIpek ok sounds good. I can look into that once we get some of these other build issues figured out.
