Update docs for "Enable Google Login" flow

Update to match the many changes Google has made to their flow.

Alert: I did a half-baked job here. Please review the lines I've marked with "TODO:". Most notably, I did not grab revised screenshots. (Sorry; I was writing this while creating my own app, and the screens included names that were not appropriate for your documentation).
