feature: Adds Injecting Test Faults for Tianmu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As we known, in mysql and innodb, there are lot of test faults for improving the robustness of mysql and innodb.

The information of injecting test faults is availble here. https://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/test-faults.html

If we want to build a more robust and enterprise level codes, we should also introudce these test framework to improve our codes.

More test cases are needed under injecting fault test framewrok.
