The workflows need to be created to build the wheel for multiple system types. This way we can expand them to test #3 and #4.

Currently, we have some wheel build actions for macOS, Windows and Ubuntu. I would like to also add some testing for each OS, so we know if a build breaks and ideally upload to PyPI.
