command 'rewrap.rewrapComment' not found

extension version: v1.16.3 vscode version: 1.71.2

I'm editing a solidity file and whenever I try to press Alt+Q or run the wrap command using the command palette I get the error command 'rewrap.rewrapComment' not found. I used to use the old Comment Wrap extension and it was working fine, but I noticed it was deprecated so I uninstalled it and switched to rewrap, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Same issue here. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I am not running VS Code with admin rights (it's a corporate machine).
