Right now we only check for US. We should allow people to specify what region they want to look for.
Basically things not sold or buying OR match "trade" in the want section.
The only way to set Telegram token is with `--token` which is kinda annoying in docker-compose or kubernetes land. Would rather set that via environment variable (as an option).
