FEAT: Ability to interrupt Devika and give it another command

Self-explanatory. A button for interruption that would allow the user to stop Devika when in an infinite loop, or when it is idling, but showing like if it was still going.

Hmm sometimes i want to stop it after generating the plan and wait for user to confirm.
