Default branch changed from `master` to `trunk`

The default branch changed from master to trunk on 27th of June 2020.

I've been uncomfortable with the name master for the default branch in my repos. It's stayed because of inertia, and analysis paralysis regarding what to rename it to.

My friend Simon Stewart suggested trunk, which he has been advocating for some time. I like it better than the alternatives listed in the Terminology, Power and Oppressive Language RFC. We often speak of Trunk-Based Development, and trunk is particularly apt since it plays into the branch metaphor.
