Illegal instruction error on raspberry pi zero

If you're trying to run Starplot on a Raspberry Pi and see a generic Illegal instruction error, then try pinning your pyarrow version to 20.0.0 -- it seems there's some issue with the latest version (v21).

Tested with Starplot version 0.16.4
