Allow ctrl+cmd+Q for screen-lock

When using QBlocker, one cannot simply use ctrl+cmd+Q to enable screen lock on a mac

This shortcut is somehow sometimes working on macos 10.14.3 but not always. This feature is essential for me as i want to block everything related to option + q but screen lock is mandatory at work while using this shortcut. +1
