FR: Trigger resync of client
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes databases of clients get corrupted, in this case a resync is the only option.
Describe the solution you'd like A button to resync a client (el/cl). The button shuts down the service, deletes the databases and starts the service up again.
As mentioned in #624 I propose for every client to be able to choose a resync option in their respective settings. This should come with a choice between Genesis & Checkpoint for Consensus Clients, and Genesis for Execution. Later making it possible to simply add "SyncLink" asw an option For its looks I propose something like this:
GENESIS
CHECKPOINT SYNC (for Consensus Client only)
Settings Name: Resync Blockchaindata

In combination with #1067, we will work on a modal looking like this:
