Add option to shut down the node

Right now there is no way to shut down a Stereum node. @daGscheid please specify how to make this possible.

To fulfill this, we will add another button in the left menu on the Node page:

Interesting is, what if you got one (or multiple) shut down while some are still turned on. How could we handle this? Should we just assume as long as one is running, the button will intend to be used to turn the whole node off? What do you think?

DECIDED TODAY: If even just one is turned "ON", button = "Turn OFF". Turns all off & turns all on.
