[Enhancement]: SSV DKG Service Modal Cluster Member Verification Helper

Describe the enhancement

Commands initiated by a Cluster Leader should be verified by all Cluster Members, for example:

• Verify Registration of the Validators
• Verify Key Submission to a Registry (if any)

Stereum can partially help with the required verification steps using forms in the SSV DKG Modal.
