[FR]: Improve "Launcher" Auto Download Box Design / Information

Whenever there is a new version out, Stereum automatically searches for an update for the launcher.

This box, currently looks relatively unspectacular & internally the devs to improve this.

We already have some download animation we could use this in a slightly changed form:

Additional Context

As an inspration here you could take Discord, who also use Electron & open a box whenever the user opens / starts up their launcher.

The modal for the Stereum Launcher Auto Update has been created and tested in PR #1808. It now needs to be wired to the backend.
